Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

I do not have an exact recipe for this - depends on how many I am cooking for. For 2 people:

2 Baking Potatoes (larger)
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp of dried rosemary seasoning
couple dashes of garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Cube potatoes and let sit in water for about an hour (if you do not have time for this, you can skip)
3. After taters have sat in the water, dry with a paper towel.
4. In a bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary and garlic powder.
5. Coat potatoes in olive oil mixture and put on cooking spray coated baking sheet.
6. Put in oven and cook for 45 minutes, or until browned. Turn over after 25 minutes.

These are a huge hit in the cand household.
