I decided to try this on a whim to take to a party and it was a big hit. One thing I will do differently is let it cool longer before I start cutting - but I was short on time.
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 2/3 c. all purpose flour
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6-8 hershey chocolate bars
1 large jar marshmallow fluff
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan.
2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
4. Stir flour, graham cracker, baking powder, and salt in seperate bowl.
5. Add flour mix to butter mixture and blend together well.
6. Press half of mixture into baking pan.
7. Lay chocolate bars over dough, breaking as needed to fit.
8. Spread marshmallow fluff over chocolate bars.
9. Press remaining dough mixture over top.
10. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
11. Let cool and cut into bars.
