Ingredients:
- Graham crackers
- One cup butter
- One cup brown sugar (I used light brown sugar)
- 12 oz chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or milk)
- Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil. If you don't have a baking sheet with sides, use cake pans.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar. Cook to boiling.
- Pour mixture evenly over graham crackers and smooth out.
- Bake at 400 degrees for five minutes.
- Spread chocolate morsels over mixture. Smooth chocolate as it melts.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired. (I skipped this part)
- Chill, then cut or break into pieces.
Perhaps I should have looked past the first page to see that someone else already posted an almost identical recipe. Whoops.
