Crockpot Apricot Chicken

Ingredients:
1.5 cups apricot preserves
1 cup french dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 tsp pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen or fresh)

Combine all ingredients except chicken.  Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot and pour mixture over top.  If using fresh chicken breasts, cook on low 3-4 hours.  If using frozen, you can extend cooking time to 6 hours on low.  Serve over rice.
