Crockpot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:

4-5 boneless chicken breasts, frozen
1 15 oz can of black beans drained
1 15oz can of corn drained
1 15oz jar of salsa
1 8oz package of cream cheese

Directions:

  • Place frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot
  • Add beans, salsa, and corn
  • Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8 hours.
  • Add cream cheese about a half hour before serving and just let it sit
  • Shred chicken with form and stir
  • Serve with hard/soft tortillas or just eat over rice
