4-5 boneless chicken breasts, frozen
1 15 oz can of black beans drained
1 15oz can of corn drained
1 15oz jar of salsa
1 8oz package of cream cheese
Directions:
- Place frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot
- Add beans, salsa, and corn
- Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8 hours.
- Add cream cheese about a half hour before serving and just let it sit
- Shred chicken with form and stir
- Serve with hard/soft tortillas or just eat over rice
This sounds delish and super easy. I'm definitely going to try it.
