LD's Italian meatballs

This is an old family recipe.
Ingredients:
About 2lbs of 80/20 ground beef
8 pieces of bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp locatelli brand grated romano cheese (that's what we use, you can use a different brand but not another flavor of cheese)
1/2 tsp pepper
1-2 tsp minced garlic

Pre-heat oven to 375.
Put bread in food processor and blend to large crumbs.
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl and add bread. Stir a little bit so the bread absorbs the mixture.
Take large bowl (or large freezer bag) and add all ingredients together. Mix well.
Make meatballs about 2.5 ounces large and arrange on non-greased baking sheet.
Bake for about 22 minutes or until no longer red in the middle. I like to turn them once about halfway so that both top and bottom get a nice brown crust on them.
