Garlic Shrimp Linguine

1 lb. linguine
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons white wine (or cooking wine)
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
salt & pepper
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cook pasta 8-10 minutes or until al dente. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over med-low heat. Add wine, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently
Increase heat to med-high and add shrimp. Cook 3-4 minutes or until shrimp begins to turn pink - do not overcook. Garnish with parmesan and fresh parsley

  1. I made this recipe with 1/2 crab meat and 1/2 medium shrimp it was awesome.
    I liked it so much I made another variation with chicken breast - All turned out well
