Pumpkin Bread

Got this recipe from www.yumsugar.com and it's delicious! I'm a novice cook and this was simple even for me. I will probably use less nutmeg next time, because it was a little bit strong for my taste.

Ingredients:
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
3.5 cups flour
2 tbsp baking soda
1.5 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1/2 tbsp ginger powder

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease and flour two 9x5 or 8x4 loaf pans.
3. Blend first 5 ingredients (pumpkin, sugar, oil, water, eggs) and beat for 1 minute on medium.
4. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low speed until moistened.
5. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
6. Pour into pans and bake 60-70 minutes.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.
