Drunken Chicken

You will need the following:
1 package split chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
1 cup white wine
All Season salt
Pepper
Thyme
Rosemary
Parsley

Rinse chicken and place in casserole dish (glass, ceramic, doesn't matter).  Pour 1 cup of white wine over chicken.  Season with salt, pepper and herbs.  You can substitute any herbs of your choice.  Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  If you are cooking more chicken, increase the time.  Be careful not to over cook the chicken as it will dry out.

I served this last night with mashed sweet potatoes, baby zucchini sauteed with onions and lemon pepper.
