Crab Dip

Ingredients:

2 blocks of cream cheese
2 cans of white crab meat (drained well)
2 tablespoons of horseradish
1 jar of cocktail sauce
Choice of crackers for dipping: Wheat Thins, Multigrain Wheatables, Scoops, Ritz crackers

Directions:
  • Mix cream cheese, crab meat, and horseradish with hand mixer
  • Place in bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour to harden
  • Invert onto flat plate and top with cocktail sauce when ready to serve
